Unusual Case of Abdominal Mass

We report the unusual case of a 20-year-old woman who presented with painless swelling in left hypochondrium and left lumbar region and epigastrium. Subsequent upper endoscopy identified a non-obstructing gastric trichobezoar which was removed via laparotomy.
